**A Better You Hair Studio, LLC 📢 Cancellation * Deposit * No -Show Policy Consultations: • Frist Consultation is a free in person 30-minute hair replacement consultation • If a client is a no- call or no- show, the next consultation booking will require a $50 deposit. 📢 Appointment Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in: • Loss of deposit • A required deposit to book future appointments • Blocking from booking online 📢 Hair System Consultation Deposit: • A $200 consultation deposit is required once we begin searching for your custom hair system (color, density, base type, and availability). This deposit covers the time, labor, and communication involved in sourcing your hair system. 📢 Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 24 hours of paying the $200 deposit: • Client may receive a partial refund of $115 • A $85 processing/search fee is non-refundable 📢 After 24 hours: • The entire $200 deposit is non-refundable, as work has already been completed to locate and secure the hair system. • Once pricing is sent and time has passed (days or weeks) and the client decides not to move forward, the deposit remains non-refundable. 📢 Why This Policy Exists: At A Better You Hair Studio, we immediately begin working on your behalf—contacting hair companies, sourcing specific colors and bases, and pricing your custom system.
