**A Better You Hair Studio, LLC 📢 Cancellation * Deposit * No -Show Policy and Hair System Policy Consultations: • Frist Consultation is a free in person 30-minute hair replacement consultation • If a client is a no- call or no- show, the next consultation booking will require a $50 deposit. 📢 Appointment Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. 📢 Same-day cancellations or no-shows\call will result in: • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-call, no-show appointments will incur an $85 charge. We keep a card on file to ensure this protection, as missed appointments prevent others from booking that time. If no card is on file, a $50 deposit will be required before rebooking, this fee is included in the total service amount. This ensures fairness to all clients and respects everyone's time plus ABYHS. By booking, you agree to these terms no exceptions. Staying within our policy guidelines the client want experience the list below. Everyone must follow our policy. • Loss of deposit • A required deposit to book future appointments $50 fee • Blocking from booking online if a client repeatedly no calls/show 📢 Hair System Consultation Deposit: • A $200 consultation deposit is required once we begin searching for your custom hair system (color, density, base type, and availability). This deposit covers the time, labor, and communication involved in sourcing your hair system. 📢 Cancellation & Refund Policy: • Within 24 hours of paying for the hair system, which includes shipping fees, Paypal fees, tariffs tax and Tennessee State tax of 9.25% at the time of your consultation. Clients will have 24 hours only for a refund for hair systems after 24 hours money for hair systems is non-refundable. deposit no exceptions • At the time of consultation, if a client chooses to pay a $200 deposit toward the hair system, that deposit will apply to the total hair system price. After paying the remaining balance, if the client decides within 48 hours not to proceed, $115 will be refunded back to the client within 5 to 7 days after requesting a refund. A Better You Hair Studio will retain an $85 fee for the consultation work, including sourcing the hair system. This reflects the effort and time already invested on your behalf. • A $85 processing/search fee is non-refundable 📢 After 24 hours: • At A Better You Hair Studio, your purchase involves two separate transactions. First, during your consultation, you pay the full price of the hair system, which goes directly to the hair company. You have 24 hours after payment to change your mind. After that, the purchase is final and non-refundable from our studio. • Once your hair arrives (typically within 3 to 5 days unless delayed by the shipping companies not ABYHS), we will notify you in a text message as soon as the hair system is in our hands. You will receive a booking link and must schedule your Cut-in Installment at the first available appointment. While availability may vary, we will ensure you’re on track. • By proceeding, you agree to these terms. After the 24-hour window, all sales are final. If a return is required by the hair company within their policy, the unit must be untouched/cut, and the client will be responsible for shipping cost required by hair company to return back. ABYHS will provide the total amount price to be return back to hair company. • Once pricing is sent and time has passed (days, weeks, or months) and the client decides not to move forward after purchasing their hair system is non-refundable no exceptions. At the time of your consultation, once we receive payment to purchase your hair system, we proceed with the order the same day to check with our hair companies to see if they have what we need for our clients. After your hair system is purchased, it typically arrives within 3 to 5 days. Once A Better You Hair Studio receives it, you must schedule your Cut-in Installment immediately. If you choose not to proceed, you have a 24-hour window after payment to change your mind. After that time, the hair system payment is non-refundable.
